Christmas is just around the corner, so please pay attention to product availability. We advice to order goods that’s in stock.
If want to be sure, that your package is going to be posted before Christmas, please place your order before 7.12.2017. Orders received after this date with product availability 10 work days, dispatching won’t be guaranteed.
Availability of each product is shown at product describtion and shopping cart. After payment receiving, you will also receive notification where is listed the latest term of posting.
 
Also we would like to inform you, that from 22.12.2017 to 3.1.2018, the company leave is going to take place. At this term can be our email replies delayed.

What availability means?
In stock – if the product is available in stock, the package is prepared for shipping within 5 work days after payment receiving.
10 days  - the product is not available in stock and has to be produced. Order containg goods with availability 10 (work) days will be shipped at latest the 10th work day after payment receiving.
30 days -  the product is not available in stock and has to be produced. Order containg goods with availability 30 (work) days will be shipped at latest the 30th work day after payment receiving.
On request – the goods is not available in stock and the availability has to be discussed first at info@dgdoggear.com
 
Generally when the shopping basket contains several different types of goods, the most longest term is the valid one. About the latest term of dispatching you will be informed after order placing.


 
How can I pay for ordered goods?
wire transfer – accepted currencies are CZK, EUR, and USD
online payment via credit card (GoPay) - accepted currencies are CZK and EUR. If choose the USD for shopping, the currency will be automatically changed to CZK in the shopping basket
paypal – accepted payments are CZK, EUR, and USD



 
Do you ship the goods worldwide? How much do I pay for the shipping costs?
Yes, we ship our goods worldwide. The amount of shipping costs depends on weight, dimensions of the parcel and on chosen carrier. The amount of shipping costs will appear in the shopping basket before order placing.

There is a possibility that your order will be heavier, than the carrier allows. In that case, please inform us at info@dgdoggear.com

 

How long takes the delivery?
CZ – The Czech post or other chosen carriere delivers parcel usually the second day after posting
Slovakia – PPL/DHL carriere delivers within 2 - 3 work days after posting
EU – UPS, DHL, DPD carriers delivers within 2 – 5 work days after posting. The delivery time of Czech post is not guaranteed (usually 1 – 3 weeks after posting)
The USA, Canada – UPS carrier delivers within 2 - 3 work days after posting. The delivery time of Czech post is not guaranteed (usually 2 - 4 weeks after posting)
Other countries – delivery time depends on location and chosen carrier.
 
Do I have to be registered customer before I'll be able to place an order?
No, the registration is optional and you can place an order without it. The order will be processed as all other orders, but you will miss the opportunity of 5% discount and other advantages that registration brings.
 
Can I return purchased goods?
Of course. All not used goods can be returned within 14 days. All information you will find in „return/exchange form“. This form you will find enclosed together with purchased goods.

If I want to exchange the goods, do I have to pay you for shipping costs again?
No, we don’t charge the shipping fee again. You will pay for shipping to get the goods back to us, and we will pay for shipping to get exchanged goods back to you.
