Hinter der Marke DG DogGear steht eine Geschichte, die im Jahr 2007 mit dem Einzug der ersten Windhund-Dame – der Whippet-Hündin Izy – begann. In einer Zeit, in der es fast unmöglich war, gut sitzende und stilvolle Kleidung für Windhunde zu finden, entstand die Idee, die Liebe zu Tieren mit dem lang gehegten Traum zu verbinden, Modedesignerin zu werden – diesmal jedoch für Hunde.
Die erste Kollektion war bereits im Herbst 2007 fertig, und 2008 starteten wir unseren ersten Onlineshop.
Aus bescheidenen Anfängen in einer Garage und mit der Unterstützung einer einzigen Näherin hat sich DG DogGear zu einer etablierten Marke entwickelt. Heute entwerfen und fertigen wir eine breite Palette funktionaler und stilvoller Kleidung und Accessoires – von Halsbändern und Mänteln über Renntrikots bis zu Hoodies und Tops. Jedes Produkt entsteht vollständig in unserer eigenen Entwicklung – von der Schnittkonstruktion bis zu den Fertigungstechnologien.
Ich stehe nicht allein hinter der Marke – ich bin von einem talentierten und engagierten Team umgeben, ohne das DG DogGear nicht das wäre, was es heute ist. Wir arbeiten seit vielen Jahren vertrauensvoll zusammen und teilen gemeinsame Werte wie Verantwortung, handwerkliche Präzision und höchste Qualität in jedem Detail.
Unsere Produkte finden heute ihren Weg in fast alle Teile der Welt, und wir arbeiten mit Partnern in 17 Ländernzusammen. Trotzdem wird alles weiterhin von Hand gefertigt, und zwar ausschließlich in Tschechien – mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein, handwerklichem Können und Herzblut. Die meisten Modelle werden von einer bestimmten Person gefertigt, die persönlich für die Qualität ihres Produkts einsteht.

Kepeä Taival offers carefully selected products for active dogs, with a particular focus on sighthounds. DG DogGear has been an important part of the company’s selection since 2008. In addition to its online shop, Kepeä Taival has a warehouse store in Tuusula, Finland. The company also attends various dog events throughout the year.

Founded nearly 20 years ago as a pet shop specializing in sports gear, Code Vanitose took a exciting turn in 2012 when my wife and I—as passionate sighthound lovers and owners—decided to focus on this beautiful breed. We teamed up with DG DogGear almost immediately, drawn to the outstanding quality and uniqueness of their products. Since 2019, Code Vanitose has gone fully online, becoming a go-to shop for top-tier sighthound gear and premium nutrition.
My journey with DG DogGear began when I fell completely in love with the collars and apparel I bought for my own dog. This experince inspired me to launch the becolors online shop in 2012, specializing exclusively in DG DogGear products.
From their incredibly gentle collars and beautifully tailored coats to the „NINJA“ line—which they wonderfully created in response to our requests—every single DG DogGear item truly elevates our dogs‘ daily comfort and overall quality of life.

Founder Hyunjung (JJ) Noh holds both a BA and MA in Communication Graphic Design from Central Saint Martins in London and has worked with global companies including Walt Disney, KLM and Cyclehoop. After returning to Korea, she began life with her Italian Greyhound, KKOUL, whose name combines “Honey” and “Seoul”.
Finding clothes that properly fitted KKOUL’s unique sighthound physique was surprisingly difficult in Korea. What began as a personal search for the most comfortable and well-fitting products for her own dog naturally grew into KKOUL MARKET, Korea’s first premium boutique specialising in products for sighthounds. The name “MARKET” reflects JJ’s original idea of creating a place where she could personally select and bring together products not only for dogs, but also for the people who share their lives with them.
Today, JJ brings her background in design and communication to KKOUL MARKET, carefully selecting products for fit, comfort, functionality and design, providing personal sizing advice, and sharing feedback and ideas from Korean sighthound owners directly with the brands she works with. KKOUL MARKET has proudly worked with DG DogGear for more than seven years.
