C 117097 at the Regional Court in Brno (hereinafter referred to as “DG DogGear”), is a Czech company specializing in the production and distribution of original and functional products for sighthounds and their owners, in particular coats, collars, and racing jackets. All products are manufactured exclusively in the Czech Republic under the DG DogGear brand, based on our own designs and production methods. We operate the website https://www.dgdoggear.com/. When you visit our website, we may collect and process your personal data.
If this occurs, the processing will always be governed by this Privacy Policy. DG DogGear is the controller of your personal data, and you are the data subject. In this document, the data subject may also be referred to as “you.”

In order to ensure the proper delivery of our products, the operation of our website, and the provision of services, we cooperate with selected contractual partners. As part of this cooperation, some of your personal data may be transferred to these entities, such as external accountants or IT infrastructure administrators. We always ensure that our partners process personal data in accordance with legal regulations and this Privacy Policy.

If you request the deletion of your personal data, DG DogGear will erase it if:
- it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed,
- you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of personal data and there is no other legal ground for the processing,
- you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing your personal data,
- the processing is unlawful, or
- the obligation to process the data under European Union or national legislation has expired.
3.4. Right to Restriction of Processing
Until any disputed issues regarding the processing of your personal data are resolved, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data. Unless DG DogGear demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or shows that the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, the processing will be terminated without undue delay upon your objection.
