Payment and delivery
Payment for goods
In the dgdoggear.com e-shop you can choose from the following ways of payment:
* Cash on delivery only in the Czech Republic (not available for other countries): you will pay upon the take-over of the goods from the delivery company, which is Czech Post. When paying upon delivery, we charge a fee of CZK 20 within the Czech Republic (this fee is not charged if order is paid by wire transfer). No fee is charged for orders over CZK 2,000.
* Wire transfer: the transfer details will appear upon the placement of the order (If you would like to pay via wire transfer, you must fill in "charged to Ordering Party" or "OUR" in your payment). We will dispatch the goods immediately after the money is credited to our account.
* Card payment - 3D-Secure system of Česká spořitelna bank: We accept VISA Electron, VISA, Maestro, MasterCard. – under construction
* We accept payment via Paypal
All prices are listed including VAT 19 % (VAT 9 % applies to dog food only).
Delivery of goods
The goods you ordered will be delivered by:
* Czech Post to the given delivery address within the Czech Republic. For a purchase under CZK 2,000 we will charge postage and package fee of CZK 85. We do not charge postage (within the Czech Republic) for orders over CZK 2,000.
* Czech Post to the given delivery address in Slovakia. With orders to be delivered to Slovakia we charge postage and packing fee in the amount of SKK 270. If you are not at home when your package is delivered, you can pick it up from the post office within 7 days.
* Czech Post to the stated delivery address. We send goods worldwide, and postage applies according to the respective zones. Orientation postage price list HERE
* Personal collection is possible in the company headquarters at Zemkova 2, 616 00 Brno. The collection must be arranged in advance on the telephone number: + 420 731 511 687. You can also meet us at shows or races, and the respective dates are stated on our website.
Delivery time in the Czech Republic:
* Delivery time in a number of working days is stated under each of the products (the order day is not included). If the product is in stock, the delivery time is 3 – 5 days. Sometimes it is possible that someone buys the same thing just before you and the product is temporarily out of stock. If this happens we will inform you immediately.
* You can call us and ask for the availability of the goods prior to ordering on the telephone number: + 420 731 511 687.
Czech Post, a standard, delivers parcels within the next day after posting.
Delivery time worldwide:
* The delivery times range from approximately 3 days up to 12 weeks. It is always better to ask us about the approximate delivery date. It also depends on whether the parcel is sent within Europe or outside Europe, all is divided in zones. We can post your parcel as economy package, priority, or EMS.
Uncollected goods:
If a sent parcel is not collected, the seller has the right to demand the payment of the postage and packing costs in the actually expensed amount. This right occurs also in the case that the order exceeds the value meeting the conditions for a free payment. Resending of such package is possible upon personal arrangement. The seller reserves the right to demand costs related to such resending.
Return of goods within 14 days:
If the buyer is a consumer, in accordance with § 53(7) of the Civil Code he can withdraw from the purchase contract without explanation and return the goods within 14 days. The prerequisite of this is the return of the goods. The supplier reserves the right of charging the cost of actually expended amount related to the return of the goods. We will transfer the respective sum to your account by wire transfer.
In case you require the exchange of your goods or return of money, send us the goods back – it must look as you received it, i.e. without signs of use, without damage, in the original package, and along with the invoice. When returning goods via post, use suitable box for the package to prevent damage during transport. We also suggest insuring your parcel at the post office.
Goods damaged during transport due to inappropriate package cannot be exchanged or require return of money for such goods.
Conflict with purchase contract:
If you received other products than you ordered (unintentional exchange of goods during packing), or the product you received was faulty, send it back to us in unused condition, undamaged, and in the original package along with the invoice, and state the description of the faults. We will send you the correct product free of charge.
In case of returning such goods use appropriate box for the parcel to prevent damage during transport. The customer delivers the claimed goods at his own cost and risk.
Postage in case of goods return:
In case you wish to return goods due to a conflict with the purchase contract and require return of money, we will deduct CZK 85 from the sum (postage and packing).
What to do if you want to make a claim or return the goods:
1. inform us about the claim by e-mail to: info@dgdoggear.com
2. send the goods as registered parcel to our address: Renáta Mildner - DG DogGear,Zemkova 2, 616 00 Brno
3. state the reason for claiming inside the package, and enclose the invoice. As an evidence of posting, you shall keep the posting receipt of Czech Post. The parcel cannot be sent back as cash-on-delivery (reimbursement).
4. we will sort out your claim as soon as possible, but within 30 days at the latest.
We provide 24-month warranty period for all products purchased at www.dgdoggear.com. The warranty period starts running on the day of the delivery.
5 % discount:
Dear customers, you have the possibility to get a 5 % discount upon registering. You can choose from two options of using this discount:
1.you can keep it for yourself and we will deduct 5 % from the total amount of ordered goods
2.you can donate it to support coursing in the Czech Republic, and to support greyhound adoption.
We will set up a special virtual account that will be updated each week on Sunday. There you will be able to see how much money is on the account. The money from this account will be donated for concrete purposes, e.g. painting of racing boxes, turf maintenance, vaccination of adopted greyhounds, etc. You will always see the concrete purpose as well as to whom the money was donated.
